Delivery

In the Frog.ee online store you can choose from the following delivery methods:

A transportation fee applies to goods, which is calculated based on the cart, considering the weight or volumetric weight of the products. The transportation cost is displayed upon cart checkout.

Please note that the delivery time in the cart is indicative and offered by the system. The courier will always contact you in advance to notify the exact delivery time.

International freight transport within the European Union according to individual requests. Contact customer support at info@frog.ee. In your inquiry, please specify the type of goods you wish to order and provide the exact delivery address.

For the delivery service, the goods will be brought by the courier along with a delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, check the condition of the packaging material. If you notice any defects, return the package to the courier and refuse to accept it due to damaged packaging.

If you have signed the delivery note but doubt the integrity of the goods, you can unpack the goods in the presence of the courier to ensure everything is in order. If you discover any defects on the goods, inform the courier, who will record the defect with a scanner (by taking a picture). Contact us as soon as possible, as we only have one day to file a claim for the courier service.
