This service includes delivering the product to the customer's living space (e.g., room or hallway) and removing the old device being replaced by the new one (e.g., the removal of an old washing machine when a new one is delivered). 
The old device must be turned off, cleaned, and placed in the first room of the apartment or house, and it must be safely movable. 
FROG Cargo (M)  - Delivery and installation of goods (excluding integrated appliances) 
In addition to delivering the product, the service includes the installation of the new appliance (excluding integrated appliances). The customer must ensure that the electricity and water networks allow for safe connection. Examples: mounting the TV on a stand, connecting a washing machine to the electricity and water supply, connecting a refrigerator and stove to the electricity supply. The service price does not include installation of integrated appliances, wall mounting of a TV, reversing the door of a refrigerator, assembling furniture, or any additional work involving an electrician, plumber, or gas connection.
FROG Cargo (L)  - Delivery, installation (excluding integrated appliances), and disposal of old equipment
This service involves the installation of the new product and disposal of the old device (excluding integrated appliances). If disposal occurs alongside installation, the service provider will remove the old device. The device must be turned off, safely movable, and placed in the first room of the apartment or house. The removal of the old device applies only to the device being replaced.
FROG Delivery  - Courier delivery within 1-2 working days. Delivery to the OUTSIDE DOOR (staircase). Payment can be made in cash upon receipt.
International freight transport within the European Union according to individual requests.

For the delivery service, the goods will be brought by the courier along with a delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, check the condition of the packaging material. If you notice any defects, return the package to the courier and refuse to accept it due to damaged packaging.
If you have signed the delivery note but doubt the integrity of the goods, you can unpack the goods in the presence of the courier to ensure everything is in order. If you discover any defects on the goods, inform the courier, who will record the defect with a scanner (by taking a picture). Contact us as soon as possible, as we only have one day to file a claim for the courier service.
