14-day return

Return Rights and Conditions for Frog.ee Online Store

Products purchased from Frog.ee online store are subject to a 14-day return policy. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, and the product must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal form.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To return or exchange a product, a signed invoice or a manufacturer-completed warranty certificate received at the time of purchase must be provided.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must complete the Frog.ee online store return form within 14 days of receiving the product.

If the consumer exercises the 14-day right of withdrawal, they are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned product if it has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, features, and functioning of the item. It is recommended to inspect the product in a way similar to how it is permitted in retail stores to understand its nature and characteristics.

Computer games and computer software are non-returnable.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products and services:

• Goods in sealed packaging that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery (e.g., earbuds, epilators, razors, etc.);
• Goods that, due to their nature, are mixed with or connected to other products in such a way that they can no longer be separated;
• Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the packaging has been opened;
• Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery (e.g. cosmetics, perfumes, headphones, epilators, razors, or other items that come into direct contact with the skin). Returns are also not accepted for products where it is not possible to verify whether they have been used or not (e.g. mascara with a limited shelf life once opened).

In the case of a return, the refund will be made to the consumer’s bank account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal form.

If the product was purchased during a campaign where an additional product was provided, the entire set must be returned (i.e., all items).

All disputes arising from general terms and conditions or order terms shall initially be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The consumer has the right to seek protection of their rights by contacting the Consumer Disputes Committee (information available HERE) or the European Union online dispute resolution platform, available HERE.
