14 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL

Please fill out and submit the following declaration only if you are a private individual and wish to withdraw from a contract concluded using distance communication means. The right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to legal entities or purchases made directly in the store!

Please note that the entire amount paid will be refunded only for unused, unopened, and unassembled goods.
If the value of the purchased product has decreased during its examination, the seller has the right to demand compensation from the consumer for the decrease in the value of the product.

Frog.ee has the right to request reimbursement of the transportation costs for the returned product up to 10 EUR from the customer and deduct this amount from the amount to be refunded.
